Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing and new construction projects.
  • Collaborate with supplier/contractor teams to meet customer requirements.
  • Estimate costs for various materials needed for projects.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Participate in the RFQ stage.
  • Perform negotiations effectively.
  • Select and source construction materials.
  • Conduct site evaluations and attend site meetings as required.

Requirements:

  • A degree in any field, preferably Quantity Surveying (QS), or equivalent.
  • At least 1 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in project management.
  • Proficient in English and computer literate.
  • Possess own transport and willingness to travel locally and internationally.
  • Malaysian citizenship is required; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage safety, health, and environmental matters on-site.
  • Attend client meetings on safety and health issues.
  • Conduct daily safety inspections and supervise work to align with the HSE Plan.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies, rules, and procedures.
  • Provide on-site safety training to employees and subcontractors.
  • Monitor and enforce subcontractor safety practices.
  • Maintain good housekeeping at work sites.

Requirements:

  • Certificate in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Valid Yellow Book and registered with DOSH.
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in site safety within the construction industry.
  • Proficient in English with knowledge of legal and ESH requirements.
  • Own transport and willingness to travel frequently.
  • Malaysian citizenship required.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and maintain electrical works for petrol retail projects.
  • Coordinate site installations and supervise subcontractors.
  • Provide technical solutions to customers.
  • Assist in project management and reporting.
  • Liaise with clients and contractors for project execution.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Saudi nationality with relevant permits and certifications.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 2 years’ experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Malay and English.
  • Willingness to travel and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Report site progress to the Project Manager.
  • Manage daily operations and supervise site work.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities.
  • Conduct project progress reporting and resolve issues.
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed on-site.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 2 years’ experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in English and computer literate.
  • Own transport and willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely project completion and submission.
  • Issue project billings to customers and follow up on payment collection.
  • Minimize project cost overruns and ensure account closure upon completion.
  • Prepare monthly project ledger updates for each project.
  • Review budget costs and project charges in collaboration with the respective divisions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting, Cost Accounting, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • At least 1 years of relevant experience in engineering, manufacturing, or construction industries.
  • Strong skills in coordinating and managing site-based interfaces between QS and project teams.
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision, possessing analytical skills and being a team player.
  • Strong leadership qualities, effective communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Competent in auditing for project costing.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks.
  • Manage cash flow and perform basic accounting functions.
  • Analyze financial information and support accounting activities.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or possessing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Familiarity with MS Word and MS Excel is preferred.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Willing to work in Penang.
